Overview
Vinayak ClientOS is a secure client operations workspace built by Vinayak Cloud Inc.
It brings client and project delivery, billing and accounting, and renewals and access management together in a single signed-in environment.
The challenge
Running client work across separate tools makes it harder to keep projects, invoices and service renewals aligned.
A single workspace was needed so that delivery, finance and access information could be managed together by authorised personnel, with a separate route for clients.
What we built
- Client and project delivery tracking covering projects, tasks, client changes and handovers.
- Billing and accounting tools for GST invoices, receipts, statements and reports.
- Renewal and access management for domains, hosting, email accounts and a secure vault.
- Separate sign-in for authorised staff and an entry point to the client portal.
Technology
ClientOS is delivered as a modern React web application with a secure, account-based sign-in.
Outcome
ClientOS gives the team one place to coordinate client delivery, finance and renewals, while clients have a dedicated portal entry point.
